1.3 Authorized Public Data: After you authorize and link your YouTube account, we will only collect your public channel name, subscriber count, and public video titles. We will not collect any other private information.
2. How We Use Information
2.1 Account Management and Subscription Services: To verify your identity, process subscription payments, maintain account security, and provide customer support.
2.2 Notifications and Marketing: To send updates on your subscription status, product updates, system announcements, and marketing messages you have consented to. All marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.
2.3 Product Optimization and Behavioral Analytics: To enhance system stability and user experience by using anonymized and aggregated user behavioral data.
2.4 Legal Compliance: To comply with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 We will never sell, rent, or share your email without authorization.
3.2 Exceptions: We may share your information under the following circumstances:
(1) With your explicit prior consent.
(2) With service providers (e.g., cloud services, payment processors) who are bound by confidentiality agreements, for technical or payment-related purposes only.

5.1 Deleting an Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time using the "Delete Account" function in the app. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

6. Minor Protection
6.1 Users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their legal guardian before using this service.
6.2 We reserve the right to request proof of consent and to refuse or terminate the use of accounts belonging to minors.
7. Policy Changes and Notification
7.1 Any revisions to this policy will be announced on our app and official website at least 30 days before they take effect, and we will also notify you via email or push notifications.
7.2 If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and request account deletion before the effective date; otherwise, continued use will be considered acceptance.
8. Data Retention
We only retain limited user information necessary to provide the ScoreLive service, including the user’s email address and profile image associated with their account. User data is retained while the account remains active. Users may delete their account directly within the app or by contacting us at [email protected]. Once an account is deleted, the related personal data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems, unless retention is required by law.
